ecMON (Epygi cloud Monitoring Service) is a cloud-based monitoring and management service for Epygi QX appliances and ecQX cloud PBX. It is sold as a yearly subscription service directly to resellers through the cloud portal. ecMON is an excellent tool to manage all the reseller supported systems and to be proactive with customers.

ecMON can help administrators configure both the QX on the monitoring platform , as well as all endpoints that are attached to the QX systems. It is an invaluable tools for those overseeing multiple locations and systems.
