Call Recording

Activates a Call Recording port on the ecQX. A port can record one call at a time. To record more calls simultaneously activate additional Call Recording ports. The maximum size of recording space in the cloud is 14 Gbytes (approx. 482 hours). It is highly recommended that ecQX be configured to download all recordings to a FTP server for long-term archiving. The maximum number of Call Recording ports allowed on an ecQX instance is 150.
